I utilize a strengths based and trauma informed approach and incorporate evidence based practices including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Progressive Counting, Safe and Sound Protocol, Brainspotting, IFS (internal family systems)/Ego states/parts work and various play therapy modalities into my work with individuals and families.
